My name is Vasanta Kumar and I am here to raise funds for my mother Shanthamma who is 35 years old. Shanthamma lives in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh with her children & spouse. Shanthamma is suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease from a few days.
