Shantanu is 24 years old and is residing in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Shantanu has been diagnosed with Kidney failure and also gone through with kidney transplant but again his kidney got failed and again he comes on dialysis. He needs Kidney Dialysis through out of his life for his survival. He is being treated at Kailash Hospital, Noida. Which will cost around Rs.500,000.00.
