I started with a fund raising campaign for a small 3 year Kid named *Shanmugha Shashank* Nellore who met with a severe head injury following an accident fall and in ICU right now.

Hospital claimed an approximate bill of 10 Lakh for a major operation which needs to be done at the earliest.
