My name is Rohit Singh and I am here to raise funds for my father Shankar Singh who is 57 years old. We live in Surat, Gujarat with the rest of the family.

He is suffering from Dilated Cardiomyopathy from last few months. In this disease the muscles of the heart enlarges and this affects the blood pumping directly. His blood ejection ration is only 10-14%. In the medical science there is no such cure once the heart is dilated. 

He is yet to start receiving medication at Fortis Hospital Mulund, Mumbai.
Until now, we've spent about Rs. 100,000. We've arranged this amount from the savings.
