My name is Bonna Das and I'm here to raise funds for my husband Shankar Kumar Das who is 43 years old. Shankar Kumar Das is suffering from Motor Neuron Diseases for more than a year. He is currently admitted to ICU Care at AMRI Hospital, Kolkata, West Bengal.
