I am Shana Khan, working for the social cause of Transforming Education System through different models and interventions. I will be more than happy to guide you and share the learning of my journey. Brief overview of Asia Youth International Model United Nation 2019: “this conference will gather with the other agents of the change to contribute yourself to the discussion about the human security agenda in the globalized world. As human security shapes and strengthens moral, ethical, and ideational foundations of politics and eventually accelerates multilateral, humanitarian effort of the world I am a Social Worker, working for about 3 years in Education Domain. I finished my bachelors from Aligarh Muslim University with Islamic History in 2016. After completing my bachelors, during my college days I enrolled myself in doing door to door survey to nearby communities of UNIVERSITY CAMPUS, from there I realized that how much I like being on grounds and like working with people. I joined Gandhi Fellowship, initiative by Kaivalya Education Foundation in Thane district of Maharashtra and started working with the urban schools of Thane on Principal Leadership Development Program at every level of school system. After my 2 years of Fellowship Journey I started working with Varthana Therumeni Finance, to know how money plays a vital role in transforming education system.
It has been 3 years working with various stakeholders in education, every moment has been amazing.

I recently got selected as one of the 13.239 delegates from all over the world for the very reputed Asia Youth International Model United Nation 2019 (About the Human Security Agenda in the Globalized World) - which is at Putrajaya, Malaysia from 25 August - 28 August 2019.

I have been bearing the expenses of my past events on my own, hence this is my first crowdfunding campaign and I seek your help in making my efforts reap fruits. The MUN conference will truly be going to serve as the gateway for learning more skills and is definitely going to be a door for my future endeavour in the filed of endorsing my skills in education and sustainable development. I’d highly appreciate any contribution made for this, be it very small. I will return the gratitude with my skills, ideas and many other experiences during my participation in Globalized World in Malaysia and also during my interaction with other delegated of the world.
