Shalini madam is a member of Citizen First Human Rights Association, she takes awareness classes to the teen aged girls of rural area , she helps them financially if needed for their education and better future and motivates them which helps them become mentally and emotionally strong.

* Education : Most of the capable girls are not able to continue their studies after tenth ,as their familys are not able effort to pay the fee. In such cases Shalini madan helps them financilly and pays there fee.
*Medical: In rural areas due to lack of hygiene many girls are suffering from gynec problems so Shalini madam will arrange health camps with your support, for a better health of the girls.
*Girl abuse: Most of the girls go through a lot of problems like child marriage , Domestic voilence , eve teasing, mental harrasment. Shalini madam supports them by handeling such cases.
