Poor parents struggle to raise funds for their son's treatment

Story

On the day my son was born the doctors noticed that he was struggling to breathe. However, they deemed him strong enough to not be admitted in the NICU. The doctors noticed that his heartbeat was lower than the other 2 day old babies’ heartbeats. A 2D Echo revealed that my son had a cyanotic congenital heart condition- a condition resulting in low levels of oxygen in the blood.
I had heard about this condition requiring surgery and immediately asked the doctor whether my son would be able to survive such a procedure as he was barely 2 days old. He replied that my baby’s condition may be cured with medicines and if not will be the surgery the last resort. Once we brought our son home all of our neighbors came over to see him and congratulate us on having become parents. We purchased toys for him and seeing him sleeping among them in his little bed filled my heart with happiness. A look at his face wouldn’t give away the fact that he had a serious heart condition. My wife spent all day with our son and even picked out his name ‘Hannan’ - which means ‘compassion’ in Arabic
Initially, I did not tell my wife about Hanan’s heart condition as I did not want her to get worked up. She had already gone through a lot due to complications at the time of her delivery. I didn’t know how to break such devastating news to her. Ten days after Hannan was born I informed her about the heart condition. She gasped and clutched him tightly and whispered out to Allah to be with her son and help him. She asked me why I didn’t tell her this earlier.
We have to take Hannan to the hospital once in 2 months for a checkup. My wife gets so nervous and kisses his cheek before handing him over to the doctors. When the doctors inform us that he wouldn’t need surgery yet, we have a sigh of relief. In January when we took our son for his usual checkup, we noticed that he was breathing slightly heavier than usual and were slightly anxious. He hadn’t ever breathed that heavily before.

Hannan underwent his checkup and this time the doctors informed us that medicines weren’t working out and our son would require open heart surgery to cure his condition. My wife began crying. I comforted her and told her to have faith and trust Allah to be there with our son.
We have already spent quite a bit on Hannan’s medicines and have tried to borrow money but no one is helping us. Losing our son due to not being able to pay for his treatment will destroy us and rip our family apart. Please donate and help Hannan recover. Help us save our only son.  The specifics of this case have been verified by the medical team at the concerned hospital.
