I'm Shaik Abdhul Jaleel going through extremely difficult situation with my health deteriorating every day. I'm writing this through my friend to explain my story and request help. I work in construction as day labor focusing on marble work for homes. Few weeks back my doctor diagnosed me need of Kidney transplant.  My family is financially backwards and I don't have any savings or assets to cover my kidney transplant. I registered for kidney donors and currently waiting for a call if match happens. My relatives/friends helped me to arrange 3 Lakhs and badly need 4 more lakhs for kidney transplant. 

My doctors at Vijaya Super specialty hospital in Vijayawada registered my case with Jeevan Dhan to search for donors and waiting for my turn now. But to perform kidney transplant I need 4 more lakhs. Any financial help is much appreciated to cover my health expenses. This is making very hard for two of my kids and wife. Appreciate any support in getting through hardships for me.
