I am writing this and raising funds for my brother, Selvakumar:

Mr. Selvakumar, aged 40, under went a  RTA - Road Traffic Accident (a wheeler toppled) near Udumalpet on 02/02/2019 around 2 midnight. He went to a local hospital initially, but is currently admitted in the Royal Care Hospital for further treatment. He was intubated and ventilated and is under ICU for further care. 

Chest X-Ray showed right sided rib fracture with pneumothorax and lung contusion. CT brain showed diffuse Subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) with cerebral edema. He was treated with antiedema measures, antibiotics and supportive measures. Tests showed multifocal lung contusion in the right side of lung, pneumomediastinum, and fracture in the right anterior ribs.
