My name is Satyawan Suryawanshi and i belong to a very poor middle class family. with the help of my wife and relatives i am somehow able to sustain and prolong my life after both my kindney being affected to critical stage. I am currently being treated at Apollo hospital at CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, under Dr.Ravindra Nikalji. I am currently struggling to raise funds for my Kidney transplantation. I have all the required documents from the hospital for the treatment. and as per their information, as soon as i get a donor for my treatment they will call me for the procedure.
please help me I am in urgent need.
