I am Sangeeta Jaiswal( Nagpal ) . My husband, Satyam Jaiswal  has been suffering from pulmonary hypertension since 2012, which is a rare medical condition. He has been fighting with this for the past 13 years, but as it is a progressive disease & in its final stage, he has now been advised for a double organ transplant, a bilateral Lung & Liver, which is a complex procedure. This is going to be India's first double organ transplant procedure of its kind. Up till now, we have spent about Rs 25 Lacs on his treatment.
