Hello I am Sarojini Sahu. I am starting this campaign for my friend.
Recently my very good friend Priyabrata Nath; his elder brother Satyabrata Nath was diagnosed with AML- Acute Myeloid Leukemia which is a deadly form of blood cancer. It affects the bone marrow and blood.
According to doctor diagnosis, his AML is at a critical stage but it is curable.
He is currently being treated at TATA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, Mumbai. According to the doctors he would be needing CHEMOTHERAPY along with an urgent BONE MARROW TRANSPLANT for his disease to get completely cured.
His medication has already started. As per the doctors, cost estimation for his treatment is made around 40 lakhs.
He is merely 30 years old and has recently got married. His parents live in a village in Odisha and not quite aware of the present situation as this would completely shatter them. Financial condition of the family is not good as they belong to a lower-middle-class family and staying in Mumbai is also getting costly for them. Bone marrow transplant has to be done in a few days for which this very big amount is needed otherwise it can be fatal.
Kindly please help him and his family in this dire situation. The family is going through a very difficult time. Your generous donations and support are needed. Please help him fight the deadly disease.
