I am writing this to you in absolute desperation for support. The very known person to me he is working as a watchman, he has been involved in electric shock. Injuring his Spine and his lower body is not responding. Doctors have advised on spine operation which will cost around 4.5 lakhs, currently, he is receiving medication at Sunshine Hospitals - Gachibowli.
