We as a group of 20 students are preparing for UPSC civil services exam at Shenoy Nagar public library in Chennai. We do not have proper drinking water facility at the library. So we have to arrange drinking water from private suppliers, which costs more than 12000 for 6months. So I would request people to understand our concern and donate for our cause.
