I am Sarat Kumar Sethi, 38 yrs old,  At-Bari, P.S-Simulia,Dist-Balasore,Odisha. I have a Bilateral renal parenchymal ( kidney transplant )disease.  I come from very  poor family. I have already expended 4 to 5 lakhs in medical for diglosis.  Now I am helpless. Here  no family or relatives are capable to donate me. I am only 38 Yes old.  I want to alive.
