Think of a little 7- year old girl hearing the news of her mother suffering from cancer.



I am Subba Rao, working as a Chemistry faculty in a private coaching institute in Chennai. My wife, who is suffering from osteosarcoma (Bone Cancer),is a Zoology faculty in another institute. Recently, a sudden unknown illness made us roam around different hospitals. After a month of hunt, she was finally diagnosed with osteosarcoma. It was a heartbreaking news for me and my 7-year old daughter Veda.

She recovered in between but second time she got cancer again.

I am left with nothing to deal with these situations. I am helpless to see my wife in such life-threatening situation. She is everything to me and my daughter.
Like with any serious medical condition, the costs of her treatment are exorbitant. The estimated medical expenses will cost her approximately Rs.50,00,000. This money goes for her bone marrow transplant treatment.
The worst part is that, the transplantation is to be done from my daughter.
