This is Santhosh, Farmer lives in Kerala. For the past 1 year, he is undergoing treatment for chronic kidney disease(CKD) stage-5. He is on regular maintenance.He is in need of Dialysis Treatment three times in a week.

He has to continue this mode of treatment for an indefinite period of time or undergo a successful renal transplant with a suitable donor.

In addition he has to take medicines on regular basis for long life.He don't have any additional income. Since, it is a COVID-19 situation. He and his family has spent most of their wealth for the basic  treatment. for the kidney transplantation and the medical treatment he is in need of around  11,22,000 Rupees.

All we are requesting for a support to help him to fight against this disease.
