My name is Nagaraju and I am here to fund raise for my 12 year old Son Sanjay. He has been diagnosed with Myocarditis with Dilated Cardiomyopathy and the only treatment available for him is a heart transplant surgery. He has been admitted in Rainbow Children's Hospital for the same and the estimated cost for the treatment is coming around Rs. 30 lacs.
