The patient is an elderly woman diagnosed with Ischemic Heart Disease with Triple vessel disease and has been advised a Coronary artery bypass graft Surgery on an immediate basis. Husband has a small puncture repair shop and due to the financial crisis, the family is unable to hospitalize and proceed with surgery.
