I am Sandip, 35 year old from Pune.

I have got diagnosed for kidney failure and have been recommended a kidney transplant. With no addiction history, the news came as a shocker to me and has shaken me and my family with two young kids.

We have made arrangements for a donor within the family. However, I am not being able to move further due to financial constraints. With constant dailysis and treatment cost, our funds have nearly exhausted.

I request each of you to come forward and offer your support to help me fight the disease and live life yet again. It can be even a small amount to a large one. The fund will be used for a kidney transplant operation to be at the earliest.
