Baby Sandeepya had been diagnosed with bilateral Severe to Profound Hearing Loss and underwent cochlear implant surgery with Sprint speech processor which developed good speech and language skills. Now the Sprint speech processor is not in the market and accessories are not available. As there is an issue with the present processor she has now, the child is not able to hear with this speech processor and service is also not available.We need to change it to nucleus seven processor for speech processing and hearing.
