My name is Kuldeep Kushwaha,
*My father & mother are no more* and I am here to raise funds for my brother Sandeep Kushwaha.
*Sandeep Kushwaha is terminally ill and suffering from kidney dysfunction for more than a year.* He is currently in ICU and receiving dialysis in Choithram Hospital and Research Centre.
*Earlier he was a working as a security guard(private Employee).*
Until now, we've spent about Rs. 800000. We've arranged the amount from savings & by taking loans from different people.
*Our only hope to save Sandeep is a kidney transplant and further treatment .*

मेरे भैया इंदौर के चोइत्रम हॉस्पिटल एंड रिसर्च सेंटर में भर्ती है और इलाज चल रहा है
डॉक्टर्स ने इलाज में लगभग 15,00,000 का खर्च ऑपरेशन में बताया है तत्पश्चत् दवाइयों के खर्च ।
हमने अपनी सारी जमा पूंजी और जो परिवार वालों से मदद हो पाई लेकर अभी तक इलाज कराया है अब आगे कोई पूंजी नहीं बची जिससे हम अपने बड़े भैया की किडनी ट्रांसप्लांट करवा सके।
