*RAISE FUND FOR LIVER TRANSPLANT* Hi My name is SAMIR KUMAR MONDAL and I am raising funds for my treatment. I am an employee I am the sole breadearner which makes it difficult for me to pay for the cost of treatment along with taking care of my family. I have one child, a wife, I have been fighting Liver cirrhosis. I HAVE PLUERAL EFFUSION AND ASCITIES..MY HEALTH CONDITION IS DETEROIORATING EVERYDAY. I am currently undergoing treatment at MAX HOSPITAL SAKET. I have been suffering for more than a year and it has been a tough time for me and my family. Transplant is my only hope at getting better and living a normal life. I need a Liver transplant urgently. My treatment will cost approximately Rs. 2200000. I am unable to pay for the treatment due to I AM A GROUP D STAFF The funds raised will be used towards my: Surgery Hospital
