My driver Saleem Ulla, residing in Anchepalya, near Raja Rajeshwari Medical College, Mysore Road, Bangalore  - is having L4-L5: broad based posterior disc protrusion along with fatal and facet joint hypertrophy is causing moderate thecal sac compression of bilateral L5 nerve roots. Mild bilateral foraminal compromise is seen.

He is advised Immediate Spine Surgery(6th Feb 2020) to overcome his current state. He is the only breadwinner in his family.
