PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN
The present study on the issues of reforms in the Indian vocational training has been undertaken at a time when the country faces both opportunities and challenges in India’s growth story. While the opportunities are in terms of a demographic dividend, the challenges are posed by persisting skill gaps: hardly 2 per cent of the Indian workforce has formally acquired skills and another 2.4 per cent workers have some technical education. It is estimated that nearly 291 million workers are required to be skilled by 2022 if India is to be a leading manufacturing economy in the world. A drastic restructuring of the Indian vocational training has been suggested as one of the key conduits through which the persisting skills gaps could be plugged and inclusive growth could be pursued in the midst of a demographic and structural economic transformation.
The aim of the program is to make and nurture the village institution of Sakha Seva Sangha. And autonomous platform through which communities can take Responsibility This program was created as a result of limited capacity of pantheist effectively responds to the needs of the community, widely the fragmentation of community’s diversity of issues and lack of developmental approach at the village level. This program intends to create an environment where there are positive powers of cooperation transparency equity justice and responsible autonomy within the community help move forward towards the overall development of your villages.
Village Development Fund has been created once for membership fee. After this, the fund grows as services are implemented in their villages supported by the temple through community contribution during various local development activities. As soon as the fund grows, a bank account is opened in the name of the village development fund. In order to increase the growth of the fund, a significant portion of A Fund is kept in Fixed Deposit Account. Financial resources play an important role in nurturing and enhancing financial skills among the villagers. Conversations with formal financial intermediaries like banks. The village development fund also binds villagers to discuss with each other in relation to the local, develops and creates a sense of self-autonomy among people.
Regular training for GVC was organized to help them carry them out, with the aim of strengthening the training group, as well as the responsibility for the creation of more efficient and ethical societies in managing GVs and more commonly, people. Information about government schemes The knowledge of government schemes on the rural landscape is low; largely due to its lack of awareness, the official channel of bureaucracy and the absence of information. Sakha Seva Sangha provides training to the villagers so that they can be made more aware of various social welfare schemes which can potentially benefit those who are deprived and these training teach villagers about the benefits of various schemes, the official channel with which these schemes can be used, and eligibility criteria are being admitted. In the last few years, people have been trained and some of them are working to spread information about the government schemes to help the needy people to get the right benefits.

Women’s Employment Program:-

The women empowerment program attempts to create a more sex friendly society. It also uses a variety of strategies with special attention to women and youth, including other stakeholders such as men, panchayats and caste panchayats. Work done with women can be broadly classified into two categories, social and economic empowerment. These categories, while useful for management and presentation, have a large degree of overlap on the ground. The following sections describe.
Social Employment: -

Work on social empowerment was done mainly with women groups, in which women are subscribed. Some of these groups have been contributed to the women resource center contributing to the formation of a Panchayat level association. The panchayat level associations continued with their regular meetings; 217 of their leaders participated in 9 training programs with the aim of improving their knowledge.
Government Schemes:-
To provide space for the voices of women who have continued the women resource center run by local women leaders and to act as a platform to help them solve their problems. Most domestic violence and difficulties in reaching government services are related. Gender sensitization of women, adolescent and caste Panchayat leaders, gender training was organized for girls, boys and 40 self-help groups. Coordination with caste panchayat leaders through joint training, joint meetings and public hearings As a result of these efforts, many caste panchayats have now started giving women placements in their meetings. Some have amended their advocacy to meet the norms of favoring more women and the poor, such as giving women the chance to personally reduce their expenses and expenses in death and marriage ceremonies. Special efforts were made for gender sensitization with the aim of youth in 30 communities. It included issue-based and vocational training involving training for Kishore, PLA, caste panchayat, and teacher
participants, and many public programs and campaigns with almost joint participants.
