My name is Sakalya bhanu prakash and I am here to raise funds for my nephew Sakalya Suman Datta who is 14 years old. Sakalya Suman Datta lives in Talamudipi with his parents. Sakalya Suman Datta is studying at ZPHS.
To make a living, his father work(s) as a Farmer. Sakalya Suman Datta is suffering from Thalassemia major from 14 years.
He is receiving Regular blood transfusion however the doctors got a donor for him from Sankalp India Foundation on a non-profit basis. in Lifeline Speciality Hospital/People tree Center for pediatric bone marrow transplantation but not yet admitted. Until now, they (we')ve spent about Rs. 500000.
We've arranged the amount from loans & selling assets. In the next 25 days, we need Rs.850,000.00 more for a) Pre-transplant work up b) Drugs and Disposables c) Diagnostics c) Room Charges including doctor charges d) Misc Hospetilization e) Procedure charges f) Post-transplant follow-up.
