° End stage renal disease / Chronic Kidney disease on maintenance hemodialysis thrice weekly.

° Orthopnea 

° Dyspnea 

° Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. 

° Hypertension 

° Pulmonary Hypertension. 

° Pulmonary Edema

° Cardiac Dysfunction 

° Hyperkalemia

° Anemia 

° Sleep apnoea 

° Insomnia 

Saji Mathew is suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease for the last 4 years. he is receiving dialysis 3 times a week at Mar Sleeva Medicity Palai, Puliyannoor, Kerala and  has been admitted multiple times for cardiac dysfunction too.
