I AM SAIKAT KUMAR DAS FROM KHUNTI DISTRICT. I HAVE MY KIDNEY DAMAGE FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS. HOWEVER I DID MY KIDNEY TRANSPLANT IN MARCH 2015. BUT NOW UNFORTUNATELY, THE KIDNEY HAS GOT DAMAGED AGAIN. With due respect and humble submission, I beg to inform you that my husband Shri Saikat Kumar Das, S/O- Late Sajal Kumar Das Aged 40 years resident of Hari Mandir, Main Road Khunti, Ranchi, Jharkhand has been diagnosed with life threatening diseases-End stage renal failure, needing kidney transplantation immediately. He was put on dialysis for last Four months under the supervisions of Dr. Deepak Shankar Ray of “Rabindranath Tagore International Institute of Cardiac Sciences” , 124, Mukundapur, E. M. Bypass, Kolkata – 700 099. Total cost of treatment post Kidney transplantation) is approx Rs.25,00,000/-(Rupees Twenty Fifty Lakhs only). & Pre-surgery profile is Rs. Extra, and necessary medical certificate is attached herewith. In this context, I beg to inform you that, my husband had been working in small private firm with meagre salary, now he is unemployed since last 18th months and we have been failing to meet both ends-meet with low income. As he has lost his father and don’t have enough monitory back up and also not entitled to get any service from any medical insurance company, we are at a loss.
Under the circumstances, explained above, I appeal to your benign good self with folded hands to help me with monitory support, so that my family with a son of five years can survive in this world of hard days.
