My name is Bollepalli Srinivasa Raju and I am here to raise funds for my son Sai Teja Bollepalli who is 20 years old. Sai Teja Bollepalli lives in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh with us. He is a student.

Sai Teja Bollepalli is suffering from chronic kidney disease stage 5 from birth. He is receiving treatment and medication at Nri General Hospital, Kidney transplantation operation was completed but our family is in no position to clear the operation fee of 10 lakhs. In addition my son has been staying in the hospital since the operation and is being given injections that are worth 30000 rupees every other day. We cannot have him discharged nor even pay this fee, which is causing severe stress. Our family is in dire need of help and will appreciate every single rupee.
