Khobaib Ahmad, 39, passed away on May 6, 2021 due to multiple organ failure after a prolonged one-month battle with COVID -19. He is survived by his wife Ms Sadqa Parvez (34 years) – a home maker and two kids – Ahmad Talha (5 years) and Ahmad Ameer Humza (8 years) and father Mr. Makeen Ahmad (69 years).
Khobaib was a hard-working individual. He completed his MBA from Banaras Hindu University and at the time of his demise was a Doctoral Scholar at the prestigious Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi and was also working as a Consultant on the Anaemia Mukta Bharat Project at the premiere Institute of Economic Growth, New Delhi. Khobaib is a life cut short, which otherwise could have gone a long way in contributing towards the betterment of the country’s public health system.
We understand that no amount of money can compensate the family for the loss of Khobaib but a small donation could ensure the sustenance of his family and help provide for the present and future education of his kids. The catastrophic medical expenditure (Rs Forty-Two Lakhs Eighty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred and Eighty-Four at Medanta Gurugram. In addition, the family also incurred expenditure at Medwin Hospital, Varanasi and in airlifting Khobaib from Varanasi to Gurugram) have drained their life-time savings.
Sadly, the family does not even have a grave to grieve. Khobaib lies buried in Gurugram – 600 km away from Varanasi where his family resides.
