Story

With more and more spreading of the Corona Virus, all public places are still closed, including temples. With temples being closed and with the restriction of public gathering, there are so many Karma-Kaandi Brahmins across the nation that are affected by this situation. Such Karma-Kaandi Brahmins are unable to perform their work and hence are struggling to survive with their families. Karma-Kaand is the religious rituals performed by a Brahmin as depicted in Vedas. Such Brahmins who perform these rituals are known as Karma-Kaandi. As part of our community, let us all gather and contribute to sustain our culture and our heritage.

We will be donating grocery kits to such needy families and each kit will include:
3 kg - Whole Wheat Flour
3 kg - Rice
1 kg - Dal (Lentils)
1 L - Cooking Oil
250 g - Clarified Butter (Ghee)
3 kg - Potatoes
One kit will feed a family of 4 for about two weeks. Each kit costs around 600 rupees.

Saddharm Seva Sansthan Charitable Trust thanks everyone in advance for their kind generosity, and showing their humanity and supporting each other in this devastating time. May God Bless everyone and may there be peace everywhere.
