My name is S jayaprakash and I am here to fundraise for my relative, S Balanarasimha Reddy.
S Balanarasimha Reddy is 36 years old and is residing in Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh. S Balanarasimha Reddy has been diagnosed with Head injury and neurological shock. But he needs treatment to recover. He is being treated at Bangalore Baptist Hospital. Which will cost around Rs.700,000.00.
Dear friends, Mr.Balanarasimha reddy met with an accident on 3rd oct and admitted in nimhans hospital, as per doctor's his health condition is serious and as per doctor advice we are shifted to private hospital so he required financial assistance. Now he is in highly intensive care unit(HICU) because of that daily expenditure around 35000 includes medicine,CT scan lab tests etc. There may be one more surgery needed and projected hospital expenses crossing more than 7lakhs INR So we are requesting you all to show our strength to support financially to overcome from this situation.
