I have been fighting Lung Transplant . I have been serving as a primary teacher in Jayprabha English Medium School, Jaysingpur. I have a small family: 2 children Sanskar & Sanskruti, husband and father-in-law. I am raising the funds for my treatment. I have been fighting Primary Pulmonary Hypertension(PPH). I am currently undergoing treatment at Gleneagles Global Hospital, Perumbakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. I have been suffering from last 2 years and it has been a tough time for me, my family and my school too. For lung transplant we need approx. 35 Lakh rupees urgently.

Note:- There would be more 15 lakh rupees are required after transplant for medicine and tests. Transplant is my only hope at getting better and living a normal life. I need a Lung Transplant urgently. My treatment will cost approximately Rs. 50 LAKH.
