Hello everyone, I am Bokul Ali a student of B.E 2nd year at Jorhat Engineering College,Jorhat, Assam. I am raising this fund for my sister Runu Parbin. She is 18 years old and studying in 12th standard at Jorhat Govt Girls H.S & M.P School,Jorhat Assam. Her friends are preparing for board exam and she is in hospital's bed. She want to study more,want to go college to fulfil her dreams.
In November 2017 my sister's haemoglobin decreases suddenly, so we admitted her to Jorhat Medical College and Hospital, Jorhat Assam. Doctors said that she was suffering from anaemia and need urgent blood transfusion. Again in February,2018 her haemoglobin levels decrease. This time we admitted her to Guwahati Medical College and Hospital, Assam. After a series of blood tests it was got confirmed that my sister suffering from acute myeloid leukaemia. For us it is like the sky had came crashing down.
Then we tried to admitted her Tata Memorial Hospital,Mumbai but they gave my sister a 4 months long waiting list but we didn't have time. Therefore we admitted her to King Edward Memorial Hospital,Mumbai. They started her treatment as well as chemotherapy. But her cancer doesn't go even became more aggressive. So the doctor's adviced for bone marrow transplant. We consulted a doctor from Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital for her BMT and we came to know that it will cost 30-35 lakhs. Which is impossible for us. We already spend our all saving. We couldn't afford this huge amount by any means. My father runs a small tea stall so BMT became impossible. So we took her back home and just continue her medicine and regular blood transfusion. But now a days her health became worse and worse. She can't do her basic activities. My mother help her changing clothes, took her to the washroom. We are unable to paid her regular blood transfusion. 
After her cancer she loose her enthusiasm, losing hoping. Our power levels have gone down, we have tried different ways to answered her innocent questions Despite of our continuous afford we are not able to came up with the required amount for her treatment. Our inability to pay for her cure can cost us her life. Now our only hope lies in the contribution from people who read my story. Your support in the form of donations can save my sister's life.
