My friend Roshan Ahmed who met with an accident last month was treated for severe brain injuries. He is still in coma, he was on ventilator for many weeks and was taken out and shifted to the Ward a week back but suddenly due to CSF leakage he had to undergo another major surgery which took 6 hours also expecting one more surgery (Shunt Procedure) . Roshan’s father’s Monthly salary is the only source of income for his family. Unfortunately there was no insurance policy taken for medical claim. With recent developments and continuous treatment given to him the hospital bill has become a major concern and a thing to worry on top of the trauma their family is going through. With hospital bill gone up to almost ₹ 25 lakhs his family is long short up with the money.
