Help Our Cook Rekha Fight Dengue Shock Syndrome

This is regarding our cook Rekha. She was diagnosed with Dengue few weeks back and was being treated in CMH Hospital, Bengaluru. Due to dosage of medicines and her weak body her liver and Kidney started showing signs of failure. Due to which she was put on ventilator and was in ICU for more than a week. Doctors have fought for her and got her in little bit stable condition. She is still going through Dialysis and Plasmapheresis regularly. Due to infection doctors are hesitant to move her to general ward and are insisting to keep her in ICU. Doctors are also trying to provide and generate financial aid for her. She has a responsibility of one kid on herself and she is only 23 yrs old. As she belongs to family from below poverty line, the family is struggling to gather funds for her treatment and after treatment expenses. It would help her and her family concentrate on her health if we all can come together to raise some funds for her cause. Please help her to fight the unfortunate event of her life.

Hello Everyone,
Thanks for all the support and contribution!

Rekha Didi has recovered completely and started working from last week. All her hospital and medical expenses have been settled using first installment of Milaap fund,  some other sources and family savings.

Once discharged,  she had to periodically visit doctor for review and some medical tests and was on complete bed rest. In such time Milaap fund came handy and family was able to earn their livelihood using this money. Now, we are withdrawing rest of the money so that it can be given to the beneficiaries in two equal installments till the time she gets to work normally like olden days. The funds raised are being withdrawn to my account and I will hand over the same to the family. In case of any queries please reach out to me directly.

I will post a picture of her in the evening cooking us a delicious meal and thanking everyone of you.
