River rejuvenation and beat water Pollution

    from Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh

Youth Mission For clean River - Arunachal Pradesh

We started this NGO and we help everyone and we have cleaned the  Senki river of Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh, Many times but still, the Senki river is getting polluted, this time we are out of funds and that's the reason we are here to raise funds.

River rejuvenation can lead to a number of changes in the landscape. These include the formation of waterfalls and rapids, knick points, river terraces, and increased meanders.

Rejuvenated terrains usually have complex landscapes because remnants of older landforms are locally preserved. Parts of floodplains may be preserved as terraces along the down-cutting stream channels. Meandering streams often become entrenched, so a product of older river systems is found with steep, very pronounced "V" shaped valleys - often seen with younger systems. Also, it does not have the same pattern as an oxbow lake, although, it also could.

Three changes may bring static rejuvenation, to the stream.
  1. the decrease in loads
  2. increase in the runoff because of increased rainfall
  3. increase in stream volume through the acquisition of new
Rejuvenation due to a decrease in load took place during post-glacial times along many valleys that formerly received large quantities of glacial outwash. With the change to no glacier conditions stream load decreased and valley deepening ensued.

Rejuvenation may result in a "knickpoint", as it appears on a river profile, which often appears as a rapid or a waterfall.

Please come forward to support my cause. Any contribution will be of immense help.
