PLEASE HELP SAVE A LIFE - URGENT HELP REQUIRED: .
My maid’s daughter is suffering from an auto immune disease called Mixed Connective Tissue Disorder, which is also classified as a rare condition. Over the period of four months, the family had consulted multiple doctors & were turned away by several. The family is not well versed in Hindi & continues to face problems in communicating, especially during consultations. Wrong diagnosis coupled with faulty medication during initial stages escalated the infection further resulting in dry gangrene as well.
Five of her fingers are severely affected by now & she is acutely anemic with hemoglobin as low as 5.4 at this point. The current state of pain & suffering aside, it is only going to get worse here on, if left untreated- might even result in amputation of both hands.
However, the amputation could be avoided & the infection could be contained if the treatment is started immediately.
The treatment is an expensive one & unfortunately, on a individual level we won’t be able to afford it for long. We are trying to source the money for her treatment to the best of our abilities. Hoping to use this platform to spread the word further.
We got her admitted to Max Hospital, Gurgaon yesterday.
We need to raise a good 1 to 1.5L for her to carry on with the treatment. Therefore, if you are in a position to spare any amount at all, please do come forward and donate. A life depends on it, which is why every contribution, however little, matters.
