Through her endeavor, she wants to bridge the gap between dancers in India and abroad, by giving our dancers similar training and performance opportunities.
For this purpose, she will be hosting India's FIRST EVER International Ballet and Contemporary Dance Festival in December. Artists from Japan and Italy will also perform with the Indian dancers, thus raising the performance to international standards. Further, the Indian dancers will also be eligible to participate in similar events in Italy via scholarships.
20+ Indian dancers are currently being trained for this event under Ritika, 3 of which are on scholarships.
Ritika firmly believes in promoting the right talent and thus supports dancers with potential, irrespective of their financial situation.
She now needs support in helping her achieve her dream of putting India and its ballet dancers on the global map.
