My name is Sushreeta Deb and this is the story of my ailing mother(Rina Deb). My 65 year old mother is fighting with chest cancer.,which has effected the bones too. This is the second time the disease has relapsed. We are from Assam and she is currently undergoing treatment at Sankara Cancer hospital and Research Centre, Bangalore.

I lost my father in the year 2013. A couple of years after this loss, my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer (last stage) with many complications. She fought hard for 3 years and after the doctors performed a mastectomy, she got better. Our worst nightmare came true a few days ago (right on the New Year's eve) when the doctor revealed that her cancer is back and this time it is more aggressive . Doctors have suggested that we have to go for high doses of radiations and expensive hormonal injections.

I work in a pre school and my salary is very less. My husband (who works for an IT company in Bangalore has his own commitments and cannot afford the full treatment cost) and I have a 6 year old daughter. We have exhausted most of our savings on my mother’s first treatment , which was near about 15 lakhs.

I feel helpless as I really need financial help in my mother’s treatment this time around. Please help me to raise 10,00,000 amount as I am the only child to my mother and have to look after my family.
