Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) Awareness

Story
Hello!
So first off, let me tell you a little about OCD. OCD, in a nutshell, is Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, but this is to put it in short. Obsessive in general, means an addiction to something. Compulsion is when you don't have an alternative but to do it and disorder, is in basic, a disturbance.
However, this is to put it delicately, nothing can ever truly explain what it is. Because, going through something like this is the only way you will ever truly understand it.
OCD is usually cured through support groups, cognitive behavioural therapy, aversion therapy and medication. All of this comes only after you have been diagnosed with OCD and requires professional help.
So to help with this, we at National Public School, Koramangala have teamed up with OCD Liberate to help spread awareness about OCD, and help those who have already been diagnosed with them, cope with it.
We will be hosting mental awareness fests, in house conferences, support groups, and we would love for all of you to join us in helping us carry this forward.
Also, if you have been already diagnosed with OCD and looking for a means to help cope with it, or just want to know more about OCD, make sure you check out OCD Liberate app on play store (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bluepilltech.liberate.ocdapp) or the website, it's developed and maintained by Kaajal Gupta, someone who is going through the same.
Thank You.
