My name is Dr. Ravi Kant Jain, Principal Scientist, Associate professor, AcSIR, CSIR-CMERI, Durgapur, West Bengal and I am here to raise funds for a Ph.D. student Santosh Goudar who is working under my guidance at AcSIR, CSIR-CMERI Durgapur and suffering from a massive heart attack since 6 Oct 2019 who belongs to Bagalkot, Karnataka.
Santosh Goudar is 31 years old and is residing in Durgapur. Santosh Goudar has been diagnosed with a Heart attack. But he needs ICU Medication to fully recover. He is being treated at Health World hospital, Durgapur, West Bengal and the cost of his treatment is now reaching around Rs. 5,00,000.00. He is still in ICU. During the heart attack, his brain has also damaged due to the sudden failure of the body.
After 20 days of medication in ICU about his health on 25.10.2019, Doctors of Health world Hosptial Durgapur suggested that now, Santosh Gouder is a little bit stable heart-wise but the full-body sense is not coming properly. Now, his treatment is required on the neurological side. For better treatment on the neurological side, he is shifted at Narayan Hospital Bangalore after giving ICU medication support on 27.10.2019. He is again kept in ICU at Narayan hospital Bangalore. His treatment is under process but the cost of treatment is very high in Bangalore.
After keeping three-four days on 31.10.2019, Santosh is now shifted in near home town place (Hubli Dist) at Nursing home. His treatment is going on under Nimhah expert doctor at Hubli. Doctors suggested that his treatment may be a long-time treatment for about 4-6 months.

On 04.11.2019, Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) operation is done for giving the outside liquid food towards fast recovery. His condition is a little bit stable.
On 07.11.2019, a little bit of fever was coming due to some infection during surgery.
On 15.11.2019, No fever is coming. His condition is a little bit stable and eye movement is showing and totally out of oxygen cylinder. Now he is shifted in the Normal ward. But per day the nursing home expenditure is still continuing Rs 4000-5000.00 i.e. per month about 1.5 Lakhs for surviving purpose.
On 04.12.2019, his condition is stable but doctors told that when he will able to recognize the thing, they don't know. The treatment is still going on at near home town place (Hubli Dist) at Nursing home.
On 05.12.2019, he is discharged from Nursing home, Hubli Dist. His condition is little bit stable but he could not able to recognize anyone.
His family background is not so good and they cannot afford to continue this treatment for a long time (4-6 months). Therefore, please come forward to help me save my students of AcSIR.
