My name is Parthasarathi Nayak and I am here to raise funds for my cousin brother Ratnakar Nayak who is 46 years old and sister in law Sasmita Nayak who is 45 years old. Both of them lives in Cuttack, Odisha with their children. Ratnakar is a Farmer.

Ratnakar Nayak and Sasmita Nayak met with a road accident on 2nd January due to which they are suffering from head injury and multiple accidental injuries. They are currently admitted and receiving Emergency ward treatment at Om Suvam Hospital.

Until now we have spent about Rs.50,000. We have arranged amount from relatives.
