Utilization plan of fund from the campaign through Milaap

We have already collected the list of children (ages between 4 years to 15 years) who missed out on school and are not able to go school due to a lack of school fees, clothes, and books.

After receiving the fund, we will inform all the families that the NGO will help them to go to school and make a fresh list of accomplished children to go to school.

The second step will contact the school for admission of these children’s we will deposit the required fees at the school.

After getting admission to school we will purchase Books, Cloths and other necessary things to the students.

We will arrange tuition classes for all the children’s “free of cost” and monthly salary to the tutor will be provided by NGO.

Also, the NGO will provide all the details/update to the donors and supporter time to time regarding this campaign about all the activities for their knowledge and reference.
