Sir/Madam,              
This is a request seeking financial help for a 28-year-old young lady below poverty line (BPL) who allegedly met with a serious road accident. (HIT AND RUN CASE – Culprit was not traced by the police yet)                  
Mrs A.Venkatamma w/o Mr A.Ramesh met with an accident at Hyderabad on 07-03-2019. She was severely injured and was admitted at Owaisi hospital, Hyderabad, for initial treatment. She was diagnosed with Polytrauma and has the following,
a) Fracture of both legs

b) Fracture of the hip joint

c) Fracture of 8-12 left ribs with resulting oedema of lungs.

The patient is presently fighting for life in ICU, about 2 lakhs has already been spent towards hospital bills, medicines, tests etc. still they need 3 lakhs which is unbearable for a family below BPL. Her husband is a driver and they have 2 dependent kids - 7 yr and 10yrs old.
