My friend named  Rakesh Singh, age 30 years old is an orphan who lost his foster father at a very young age and he had to lead a life with very limited resources owing to very low income. So, I am here to raise funds for him.
He is a Type-1 diabetic since the age of 10, and got diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease 5 years back. With passage of time his kidneys eventually failed due to Diabetic Nephropathy and Hypertension and since 1.6 years he is undergoing dialysis. Currently his dialysis is being done at Raja Rajeswari Medical College And Hospital, Bangalore. In the meanwhile he developed ascites and severe anemia.

There were multiple episodes of blood transfusion and currently he is admitted to the hospital for treatment.  Already above 5 lakhs rupees have been spent over his dialysis, medications and hospitalizations.
