I am Santhoshi Priya and I am raising funds for my cousin, Rakesh.

Rakesh is 38 years old and he recently met with an accident. He is suffering from leg fracture. He needs surgery to recover. His family is very poor and cannot afford to pay for his treatment. He is being treated at Spark Hospital.
