Respectfully, it is stated that I, Shaji P. Varghese working with Messrs ACT Shipping Ltd, Gandhidham and residing at Plot No. 266, DC-5, Gandhidham – Kutch, presently undergoing treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease at Muljibhai Patel Urological Hospital, Nadiad. The attending doctor Mr. Abhijit Konnur diagnosed that my present health condition is not that favorable and recommended for immediate Renal Replacement Therapy and estimated expenditure for this treatment is more than Inr. 12 Lakhs.
With the present mental pressure and ongoing financial crises, I cannot bear the cost of my medical treatment and I hereby urge the kind hearted people to help me financially so that I may transplant my kidneys at my native place Kerala and live a healthy life.
