With due respect, I want to state that I am a state level Swimmer and have represented Assam
several times in the National Level. Today I am sad to inform you that I have been diagnosed
with Kidney Failure (both kidneys) and have been seriously ill for last few months. Currently I
am undergoing treatment (Dialysis) at GMCH and my doctors advised me for Kidney
transplantation as soon as possible.
I work as a swimming coach at a private school and stay with my family in a rented place and
have no fixed property. We have already contacted doctors at Rabindranath Tagore Hospital at
Kolkata regarding the treatment process. We are already in a big financial crisis and the
required amount for my treatment has been estimated at Rs 20.6 Lakhs.
May I pray you to extend your kind support in order to save my life. Your financial assistance
will play a crucial role in keeping me alive since as of now I have no fund for my treatment
